What does "ISHA" stand for? Find out and join the club!

WELCOME TO THE ISHA ("ee-sha') GIRL CLUB - where you don't have to be a girl to join in the journey!

Simply incorporate the following principles into your everyday life and you're "IN"! So, come join the "ISHA GIRL CLUB" and join me in my journey to better overall health of mind, body and spirit!

I
INDIVIDUALITY/WARRIOR II Pose (Virabhadrasana II)
ISHA GIRLS are "bold, beautiful, confident and tuff"...their confidence lies in God and they are "SHINERS". They identify their strengths and unique talents and spend time developing both so they can enlighten and uplift others with their gifts.

S
SERVE others & SPREAD "Aloha"/HEART
ISHA GIRLS know "to find one's life, they must lose it". With "aloha" (LOVE) in their hearts they serve. This humbles them, broadens their perspective and increases their compassion while decreasing judgement, fear and selfishness.

H
HIPPYISH/PLANT
ISHA GIRLS have a "go green" mentality in how they live their lives. They respect their bodies (exercise, eat right and get rest) and their Earth (reduce, reuse and recycle).

A
ACQUIRE further light & knowledge/OWL
ISHA GIRLS never stop learning. They are invigorated by obtaining new knowledge, broadening their scope and improving their minds through both temporal and spiritual study.

Private Group Rates

I have done privately booked yoga sessions all over the Indianapolis area for private one on one attention, as well as, large groups settings at schools, birthdays, scout troops, day care centers, nonprofit organizations, youth camps, family gatherings, leadership training groups, church groups, library programs and private schools.  I have taught children ages 9 months - over 90 years old!!

I am available for a one time event or for multiple sessions within your event, as well as multiple dates for a series.  I can tailor the routine to a specific theme or concept of your choosing (i.e. a birthday party might be "spa treatment, Hawaii or friend themed" or for a leadership training "developing inner confidence").

I bring my own music and motivational speaking style to each practice. I have enough mats and eye pillows for about 20 people. Please email me for event rates!

I am so grateful for the opportunities I have to teach yoga and I do volunteer for non-profit events on a regular basis.  You are welcome to approach me in donating my services and please keep the following in mind; I can not support every event and honor my own family engagements and commitments.  So I may not be able to accommodate a specific date you have in mind.

Thank you & Namaste!
