DAILY CALENDAR-WEEK FIVE-Try Something New
__Monday: Turn in your points to Alli by 5pm
Do one of
the following six things each of the other days. You may do them in any order,
but only one will count per day and must be done on that day.
___Eat 2 servings of a BAD FOOD and don’t subtract it.
___ Try at least 30min of a new exercise or one you haven't done for awhile and earn your exercise points too!
___ Eat a vegetarian or Vegan meal
___Read this Elder Jorg Klebingat's October 2014 General Conference talk.

___ Start a new book or read an article from a new magazine or site that interests you
___Find
twenty minutes today to do something new or different to relax: take a nap, read, get a massage, listen to relaxing music, go for a walk, sit in the sauna, meditate!
