Daily Calendar-Week 8-The Final Chapter
Monday: Weigh in and turn in your points to Alli by 5pm
Do one of the following six things each of the other days of the week. You may do them in any order, but only one may count per day and must be done on that day!
__ Eat 2 servings of BAD FOOD without subtracting points
___ Read an article about detoxing your body *
___ Drink 80+ ounces of water today-flush out those toxins!
___ Do 45min of yoga (any level/type counts)- cleanse the air in those lungs and get your digestion moving!
___ Do something that will make you sweat for at least 20min or do skin brushing (sit in a sauna or steam room, exercise, do hot yoga...)- Clear up the skin!
__ Give someone a hug today and be so proud of yourself for what you have accomplished the last 8 weeks!
*1) we need to detox because our bodies are constantly barraged by toxins in the food we eat (unless it is organic, unprocessed blah blah) and the air we breathe (unless we live in the garden of Eden)
2) We have 4 ways to rid our bodies of harmful toxins-bowels, respiratory system, urinary tract and skin
3) we need to make sure our 4 "exits" are open and working, so our bodies aren't holding on to these toxins. Which is why people do colon cleanses, saunas etc but basically make sure you are regular...constipation=REALLY BAD, DO YOGA, drink ample water and sweat!!
